Matt stays outside, but watching his friends have fun, he feels left out. After the visit, they talk excitedly about their new friends. On the way home, Matt regrets not joining and realizes he missed out. He decides that next time, he’ll give others a chance.

Some kids have different needs and need to be treated differently, but they still want to play and have fun. It’s okay if it takes time to understand this. What matters is admitting when we’re wrong and asking for a second chance.
